At Corvexiqara S.A. we value your privacy and protect the personal data of every visitor and investor under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and the complementary regulation issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Corvexiqara S.A., Tax ID 30-71845632-9, with legal address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, Floor 12, C1001AAD, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, is the data controller of the personal data collected through corvexiqara.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when filling in forms (first name, last name, email address, optional phone number), data derived from your navigation (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited) and the data required to comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules if you continue as an investor.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (a) send you the newsletter with projects and news; (b) manage your potential registration as an investor; (c) comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations; (d) carry out aggregated statistical analysis on the use of the site; (e) prevent fraud and protect the security of the platform.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on the consent you provide when filling in the forms, on the performance of contractual and precontractual obligations and on the compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding service providers registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
5. Recipients and transfers
Your data may be shared with: (a) technology providers contracted by Corvexiqara under confidentiality agreements; (b) financial entities and trustees designated for each project; (c) regulatory, judicial or tax authorities when there is a legal obligation; (d) external auditors. When international transfers take place, the safeguards established by Law 25,326 will apply.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition regarding your personal data by writing to privacy@corvexiqara.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority on personal data protection and you can submit complaints to it.
7. Retention period
We will keep your data for as long as you maintain a relationship with Corvexiqara and for the minimum periods required by Argentine regulation (including the ten years applicable to capital markets transactions).
8. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: in-transit encryption, access control, event monitoring, backups and periodic audits.
9. Minors
Our services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over with legal capacity to invest in the Argentine Republic.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We recommend reviewing it periodically. The date of the last update will always be shown at the beginning of the document.
