These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site corvexiqara.com and the informational services offered by Corvexiqara S.A., Tax ID 30-71845632-9, with address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, Floor 12, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
1. Acceptance
By entering the site and completing any form you state that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of the service
Corvexiqara is a real estate crowdlending platform acting as a crowdfunding service provider registered with the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) under General Resolution No. 1024/2024. The content of the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute personalised financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Eligibility
Only natural persons aged 18 or over with legal capacity to invest in the Argentine Republic and legally established legal entities may use the services. Investors must complete the identification and suitability assessment procedures required by the regulation.
4. User obligations
You agree to provide truthful information, to keep your data updated, not to use the site for unlawful purposes and to respect the intellectual property of Corvexiqara and third parties.
5. Risk warning
Investments in real estate projects through crowdlending involve risks, including the possible total or partial loss of the capital contributed. Estimated returns are not a guarantee and depend on the development and commercialisation of each project.
6. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, brands, logos, images, designs, source code) are the property of Corvexiqara S.A. or are used with the corresponding authorisation and are protected by Law 11,723 and the applicable Argentine regulation.
7. Limitation of liability
Corvexiqara makes reasonable efforts to keep the site operational and updated but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site when this is not attributable to us.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force will be the one published on the site.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond.
